Jeff is a master certified coach, psychologist, author, consultant, and trainer. He began his work 20 years ago helping others achieve amazing results in their lives. Jeff often hears two common phrases from his clients who meet him: "You are the most nonjudgmental, accepting person I know," and "You look so young!" The "you look young" comment is Jeff’s opening to espouse the importance of stress management. Nonjudgmental acceptance is the pathway Jeff travels to help his clients learn to be less critical and more understanding of themselves and others. By helping his clients see themselves as they really are, without critical judgment, the client is freed up to make profound and significant professional and personal changes. Jeff approaches his work as a collaborative effort every step of the way, from asking his clients, "What do you need from me to make this relationship really work for you?" to sharing his most honest thoughts and observations of his clients.

President and founder of Interpersonal Growth Workshops, Inc., Jeff is on the faculty of MentorCoach, LLC, training masters and doctoral level therapists to become extraordinary coaches. He is certified as a co-active coach, accredited by Hay Group to facilitate their ECI 360 degree assessment, and licensed as a psychologist in the state of Pennsylvania. He lives in the suburbs of Philadelphia with his life partner.
