Clients are often surprised at the amount of changes they have made in such a short period of time.

Half-day Review: Summary and review of the coaching since services began or most recent review. Identifies themes from the coaching sessions important to the client; evaluates progress on identified goals; you and your coach give each other targeted feedback to increase coaching effectiveness; and an action plan is developed for the next coaching period (typically between 3 to 6 months). Half-day reviews are done in person or over the phone.

One-day Intensive: In-person targeted meetings at agreed upon location (typically the home base of either you or your coach). These intensives are structured in such a way as to maximize growth opportunity. At your choosing, the intensive could conclude with an informal dinner.

The retreat occurs over 3 or 4 days and is an adjunct to weekly coaching sessions. Its purpose is to enhance your learning and development in a short amount of time. Through a crafted integration of extended (1) one-on-one, in-person coaching sessions, (2) specifically tailored exercises, and (3) fun, you and your coach enter into a "zone" in which profound changes are likely. Imagine being with someone whom you trust, who understands you, and who is completely committed to your growth over an extended period of time, with the focus of the time together being on you reaching your highest aspirations. Structured activities and meetings are balanced with relaxed social time between you and your coach, thereby allowing you the time and space you need to assess and achieve your goals in a supportive and enjoyable atmosphere.

Your coach will challenge you, unconditionally support you, and see your brilliance (even when you don't). Although structured activities and extended one-on-one coaching sessions define much of the day, sometimes the most significant growth opportunities occur during a casual lunch conversation or walking down the street together.

The executive coaching retreats are global and take place wherever the client desires that will facilitate learning, growth, and fun.

Our coaches are trained and accredited in various assessment procedures that help provide further understanding of the client's personality differences and how this influences their behavior. The most favored assessment used is the Hay Group Emotional Competencies Inventory (ECI), a 360 degree feedback measure:

Gathers data from the client, her manager, direct reports, peers, and others

Provides insights across 18 different competencies of highly effective leaders

Measures 4 clusters of emotional intelligence: Self-Awareness, Self-Management, Social Awareness, and Relationship Management

Gives quantitative and qualitative feedback on such competencies as self-confidence, adaptability, empathy, change catalyst, and conflict management.
